ORDER

All our prices cover value added tax (VAT). Shipping comes in addition to the merchandise cost. Please be aware that all goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes & brokerage fees assessed by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee we assess to fill your order, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees to receive their shipment.

PAYMENT

At famirvoll.com you can pay with PayPal. All transactions on this website are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Credit card account information cannot be read by personnel. We need your name, address for delivery, e-mail address and telephone no. to be able to execute your order. This information we do treat with utmost confidence. We do not give out any information about our customers to a 3rd party.

RIGHT OF RETURN (in Norway)

A full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise within 14 business days. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.

• You must fill in the return form that you receive with the merchandise.
• All Internet Returns will receive a refund credit issued back to the original form of payment.
• It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted items back to us. Remember, you are responsible for the purchased items until famirvoll.com is in possession of them again. It is only registered mail and parcel post that are covered by insurance.

Famirvoll.com uses Bring Norway – servicepakke . You will have your purchased items within 2-5 days, depending on where you live. Famirvoll.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Bring.

We accept your purchase by sending the chosen items to you. Yet, your purchase will only be accepted, if there aren’t any mistakes in the description or in prices shown in the online shop. The same reservation goes for sold out items.
